I. Clearly identify training institutions and promptly disclose relevant information.

Transport authorities at all levels shall, in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and the provisions of the “Opinions,” provide guidance to entities that possess general-purpose truck semi-trailers (tractors) and large trucks… Motor vehicle driver training institutions that meet the training requirements for one or more vehicle types shall implement effective measures to enhance their capacity to provide professional knowledge training for road freight transport operators. II. Optimize training content to reduce the burden on trainees.
