1. Basic Requirements: Age: 28–45; Driver’s license of B2 (or B1/A1/A2) level or higher; possession of a freight transport qualification certificate (must be obtained through self-study and verified as genuine; a copy must be submitted to the Safety Manager for verification upon hiring); capable of driving independently on public roads; skilled in securing cargo—specifically, high-sided trucks requiring tarpaulins, rain covers, and other protective materials.
2. No adverse driving record, no major accidents or traffic violations; proficient driving skills; strong awareness of safety, customer service, communication, and compliance.
3. Vehicle types: 9.6-meter trucks, available in two configurations—wing-body vans and high-sided flatbeds.
4. Cargo: Outbound: Automotive interior components (primarily car headliners), capacity: 4–5 tons; Return: Empty containers, no loading or unloading required.
5. Willing to take long-distance routes.
